2. What shipping options are available? We offer these to U.S. customers:

  • Express Shipping: 3–6 business days – $20
  • Free Shipping: 7–14 business days – $0 (our most popular choice!)
  • Free Standard Shipping: 7–14 business days – $0
  • Standard Shipping: 7–14 business days – $10

Note: Times are estimates and may vary due to location, holidays, or carrier volume. Free shipping may apply based on order total or promotions.

3. How long will it take to receive my order? Most orders process and ship within 1–3 business days. After shipping:

  • Express: 3–6 business days
  • Standard / Free: 7–14 business days

4. Do you ship internationally? Currently, we only ship within the United States. We’re working on expanding – sign up for our newsletter for updates!

5. What is your return policy? We offer a 30-day return window for unused, unopened items in original packaging. If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days with photos – we’ll arrange a replacement or refund (including original shipping if it’s our error). Customer pays return shipping unless the issue is ours. See our full Returns page for details.

6. Are your laundry products effective and gentle? Yes! Our detergents and softeners are formulated for high-efficiency (HE) machines, work well in cold water, and are gentle on fabrics and colors. Many options are hypoallergenic or free from harsh chemicals.

7. How do I care for and store the products?

  • Detergents & softeners: Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
  • Fabric baskets & hampers: Wipe clean with a damp cloth.
  • Follow usage instructions on each product for best results.
